We're open all holiday season! Online shopping is available 24/7.
Our showroom and warehouse will be closed from Wednesday, 25th December, resuming normal operations on Monday, 5th January. During this time, online orders will continue as usual, though please note that order processing may be slightly delayed on weekends and public holidays.

At Blue Bathware, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and efficiently—whether you’re in metropolitan Melbourne or a regional area across Australia.

📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We’ll notify you via email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.

Please note: If any items are out of stock or on backorder, we’ll contact you promptly to provide an estimated availability or alternative options.


🚚 Delivery Times

  • Metro areas: 2–7 business days (depending on your location)

  • Regional & remote areas: 5–14 business days

  • Delivery times may vary based on product size, availability, courier schedules, and unforeseen circumstances.


📍 Delivery Areas

We ship Australia-wide. However, delivery to certain remote or regional locations may be limited or unavailable due to freight carrier restrictions. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Please note that all deliveries are to street level only. It is important that you have organised for someone with authority to collect the goods once it arrives and is able to assist with unloading heavy/bulky items.


⚠️ Regional Delivery Notes

Some regional and rural areas may have delivery restrictions or may incur additional freight charges. If delivery is not available to your location, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements, such as collection from a nearby depot or arranging your own courier.


🏢 Click & Collect / Warehouse Pickup

Local pickup is possible depending on the item(s) you wish to be purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss and arrange.


📦 Freight & Handling

Larger or fragile items may require specialised freight services to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Additional handling time or charges may apply for:

  • Bulky items like vanities, bathtubs, or shower screens

  • Palletised freight

  • Delivery to multi-level buildings without lift access

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for compensation.

All Orders are generally Processed & Dispatched within 48 Hours of Purchase (Subject to Stock Level). 
Once processed, you will receive an email with the Tracking Number and details of ETA. 
Delivery Date largely depend on your location and Order Quantity.

We deliver by Australia Post & specialised delivery freight partners.
PO Boxes are excluded and all deliveries are to street level only.

Please note that the delivery driver will only place the items within 5 meters of the delivery vehicle. Please ensure that you have organised for someone with authority to collect the goods once it arrives.
